About Dhan Suraksha
Digital payments have made life easier, but they have also created new ways for people to lose money. Dhan Suraksha breaks down real scams into simple lessons so everyone can make safer decisions online.
What we do
We follow public fraud advisories and reported cases, group them into recognisable patterns, and rewrite each one as a short lesson: how it works, an example, the warning signs, and what to do.
Who it's for
Students paying rent by UPI, parents helping children shop online, elderly users receiving pension credits, small shopkeepers, and anyone who was never taught how these scams work.
How we keep it usable
Plain language over jargon, short sections, visual examples of fake messages, and a review date on every page so you know how current the guidance is.
What we will never do
- Ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card number or bank password.
- Offer to recover lost money for a fee — no legitimate service does this.
- Sell or share visitor information with anyone.
- Claim to be a bank, RBI, NPCI, or a government agency.
